Gina was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up with three sisters gave her ample opportunities to practice different hair trends. Throughout her college career at University of Southern California, she focused her creative talents on painting and sculpting. She was inspired to transfer her creative abilities from canvas to hair. After graduating from cosmetology school she started working at the Chris McMillan salon where she perfected her hair coloring techniques.
